Country Brown tiles at Portland Court Chalfont Dene Audley luxury retirement village Near to Buckinghamshire's Chilton Hills and to Chalfont St Peter, Audley's Chalfont Dene luxury retirement village consists of 84 cottages and apartments. Its design inspiration is derived from the local vernacular and in particular from the high quality arts and crafts properties nearby. Selection of high qualilty building materials was an important part of this project and Gaunt Francis, the architects were attracted by the natural clay colours of the Dreadnought range.
